1. Phone Number Requirement:

You are required to provide a valid phone number when placing an order on Royaloakuae.ae. By registering your phone number with us, you consent to receive communications from Royaloak via electronic medium.

2. Jurisdictional Issues/Sale in United Arab Emirates Only:

The products displayed on Royaloakuae.ae are intended for use in UAE. If you access this site from locations or countries other than UAE, you do so at your own initiative. Royaloakuae.ae is not responsible for the supply of goods or refunds for orders placed from locations or countries other than UAE. It is your responsibility to comply with local laws if and to the extent they are applicable.

4. Online Payment:

5. Cancellation and Refund of Order:

Royaloak reserves the right to cancel any order without providing an explanation under various circumstances, including situations where we are unable to fulfill the order, the order does not comply with Royaloak's retail policy or for any other reason.

6. Taking Delivery of Your Order:

7. Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy:

Certain circumstances may lead to extended shipment and/or delivery times, including products temporarily out of stock, products that are not normally stocked and must be specially ordered and items in transit. Customers will be informed regarding any specific situations affecting their orders.

8. Delays in Shipping:

If there is an unexpected delay in the shipment of your order, you will be notified by the Royaloak team via email. We will provide information on expected delivery times based on the type of shipping selected.

• Standard Shipping: Expected delivery within 1-2 weeks from the date of order.

9. If Your Order Does Not Arrive on Time:

If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe, please contact us on +97175013881. Tracking information is provided for most orders - Track Order. If your order is lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address or accepted by someone other than you, please contact us for resolution.

Cancellation and Returns Policy for Royaloak Furniture

Cancelling an Order:

At Royaloak Furniture, we strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience. Please take note of our cancellation policy regarding furniture orders:

Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at +97175013881 or email us at customersupport@royaloakuae.ae. Kindly note that once an order is placed and the invoice is generated, cancellation is subject to approval, and our team will communicate the next steps via your registered contact details.

Cancellation Conditions:

If invoicing has occurred but the order has not been shipped, you may still cancel it. However, approval for cancellation is at the discretion of Royaloak

Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. In exceptional cases, subject to approval, a cancellation fee of 25% from the total order amount/item amount may apply. Installed products fall under warranty and cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions:

Damaged products before shipping will be addressed by our customer care team for potential replacements or wait times.

Notification:

You will receive a text confirming the cancellation of your order, including details of any applicable refunds on your Royaloak website.

Refund/Exchange:

Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the card, or you may opt for a replacement item

Eligibility for Return or Replacement:

Faulty products are eligible for return. for eg recliner motor non functioning, any charging point not functioning etc

Discrepancies between the delivered product and its description may qualify for replacement. for eg wrong color, wrong size etc

Non-operational items will be replaced. (Applicable to items with batteries or those requiring electrical sources (such as appliances, clocks, lights, or bulbs), only replacements will be offered.)

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Replacement:

Damage claims must be made upon delivery or assembly.

Royaloak is not liable for damage post-delivery due to relocation.

Evaluate and Pick-Up:

Our team will evaluate return requests and schedule a technician visit if necessary. Ensure you retain the original packaging and accessories for successful pick-up.
