Warranty Policy for Mattress

Royaloak Mattresses are warrantied against manufacturing defects for five years from the date of purchase.

Warranty conditions:

 

  1. The warranty is valid only on purchases made from an authorized Royaloak store,  or www.royaloakuae.ae
  2. The warranty covers only failures caused by manufacturing defects.
  3. The warranty is limited to sagging of the mattress core
  4. Warranty does not cover any Sagging of less than 1.5” upon 6” thick mattresses and 2” for more than 6” thick mattresses.

  5. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear of the fabric and stitches owing to regular use.
  6. The warranty does not cover personal preferences for comfort level or firmness.
  7. Any damage caused by improper bed size, uneven surfaces, damage by sharp objects or poor bed design is not covered.
  8. Warranty will not cover the damage in case of ironing on the mattresses.
  9. Warranty will not cover liquid spillage and stains.
  10. Opening of stitches and quilts will not be covered under warranty reported after 10 days of the delivery.
  11. Loose quilt will not be covered under warranty reported after 15 days of the delivery.
  12. Size variations (up to 1 inch) is normal for the length, width, & thickness of the mattresses from the specified sizes. Your mattress has been packed for transit safety. It may take 3-4 days to settle after unpacking.
  13. The warranty does not cover odor, moisture, or liquid damage caused by environmental factors.
  14. Damage caused by the users, insects, rodents, or natural calamities is not covered under warranty.
  15. The warranty is valid only for proper use of the mattress.
  16. Our warranty policy will not be acceptable if the product is relocated from its original delivery location. Relocating your product to a new address effectively ends the warranty period.
  17. The warranty on our products will be considered null and void if any installation, assembly or repair has been carried out by any unauthorized parties.
  18. Mattresses kept in unhygienic or unsanitary conditions may damage the product and invalidate the warranty. For health and safety reasons of employees, Royaloak may refuse to inspect such mattresses and deny the warranty claim.
  19. The final decision of the warranty will be made by Royaloak.
  20. Disputes are subject to UAE jurisdiction only.

Rotate regularly, use a protector, avoid moisture, vacuum often. A mattress should never be allowed to get too wet. The bedding should be cleaned at regular intervals. Mattresses can be vacuumed or dusted thoroughly. Spot-cleaning can be done with a mild soapy solution. If wet, dry a mattress under the fan and not in direct sunlight

Treat your mattress with care. If you sit on the edges or keep heavy objects on it, it may lose its shape. Do not use detergents to clean your mattress. Use a damp cloth or vacuum cleaner to clean it instead.
We recommend using a protective, moisture-proof sheet if any of your children are using the mattress. Keep the mattress away from flame. Do not smoke or light a match near the mattress as the mattress can catch fire.

Cancellation and Returns Policy for Royaloak Furniture

Cancelling an Order:

At Royaloak Furniture, we strive to offer you a seamless shopping experience. Please take note of our cancellation policy regarding furniture orders:

Cancellation:

To cancel your order, please contact our customer care team at +97175013881 or email us at customersupport@royaloakuae.ae. Kindly note that once an order is placed and the invoice is generated, cancellation is subject to approval, and our team will communicate the next steps via your registered contact details.

Cancellation Conditions:

If invoicing has occurred but the order has not been shipped, you may still cancel it. However, approval for cancellation is at the discretion of Royaloak

Once the order is shipped, cancellations are not permitted. In exceptional cases, subject to approval, a cancellation fee of 25% from the total order amount/item amount may apply. Installed products fall under warranty and cannot be cancelled.

Exceptions:

Damaged products before shipping will be addressed by our customer care team for potential replacements or wait times.

Notification:

You will receive a text confirming the cancellation of your order, including details of any applicable refunds on your Royaloak website.

Refund/Exchange:

Eligible refunds will be issued to your original payment method and will be processed within 10 to 45 days depends on the issuing bank of the card, or you may opt for a replacement item

Faulty products are eligible for return. for eg recliner motor non functioning, any charging point not functioning etc

Discrepancies between the delivered product and its description may qualify for replacement. for eg wrong color, wrong size etc

Non-operational items will be replaced. (Applicable to items with batteries or those requiring electrical sources (such as appliances, clocks, lights, or bulbs), only replacements will be offered.)

Items NOT Eligible for Return or Replacement:

Damage claims must be made upon delivery or assembly.

Royaloak is not liable for damage post-delivery due to relocation.
